             After placing an order with us on many pharma websites, we collect the medicines and send them to the home or farm with cash on delivery facility through courier companies.  But many farmers are not receiving the parcel and are rejecting it.  As a result, the parcel is being returned to us.  We have to bear the cost of sending and returning the parcel.
